I also find that sumbitting my sites to related online directories drive traffic to my site. Blog directories are especially helpful.
I also use meta information, which helps in search engine rankings.
Try posting an ad on Craigslist, as well.
Also try a free tool like Google Analytics to analyze your website by finding out what the hot keywords are and who’s linking to you. You can use such information to tweak your website and further drive traffiic.
